Milan.

Close to the metro. Griendly staff at the reception.

The rooms are quite dirty, as well as the duvet which only had a cover that was falling off, Very unsanitary. The cleaners are quite rude, they talk and make noise all the time and knock things around the rooms so that it is impossible to sleep.

Very nice staff & very clean. Supercomfortable bed. Very good breakfast.

Unfortunately there was no parking space left, so we had do walk for a few minutes to get to a parking lot.

The hotel is very close to the subway station, about 5 min walk. Our room was cleaned daily and the staff is really friendly and helpful. Because our trip was during Christmas, they gave us a bag of pasta as a gift which was very nice. We also had a welcome drink on the house. If we come back to Milano, this will be our choice.

Exceptional

The hotel was ideal for what we needed. A five minute walk from the metro and a bus stop straight across the road to take us to the San Siro stadium and back. The room was very good as was the breakfast. The staff were brilliant even lending us a power adapter to help us charge our phones.

Nice stay.

Friendly staff, nice bedrooms, nice breakfast. Complementary biscuits, chocolates and pasta.

The air conditioning wasnt working well, so it wasnt very warm in the room.

Lovely hotel in convenient location to San Siro stadium and centre of Milan

Convenient location, only a short walk from the train station which is the M1 direct line to tourist hot spots such as Duomo cathedral. We also walked from the hotel to San Siro stadium and back, around 25-30mins through well lit and populated areas. Rooms are relatively compact but lovely decor, comfortable bed, powerful shower and jacuzzi bath. Room also had a small fridge.
