Nice clean room, great price, bus pass to sights but lots of walking to get to sights.

Clean room, refrigerator in room.

No free breakfast, office not open , door locked use doorbell to get someone to come, no one there at times.

If u need a parking lot, and don't expect too much on room, then it's a OK choice considering price.

For those who do self-driving and need a free parking lot, this is a perfect option for you considering the price. I wouldn't call it a building, more like a one story house surrounding a parking lot. There's also an outdoor swimming pool but we didn't try it. Within walking distance, there's a perfect breakfast place called "Bob Evans". You can also get other food around the area.

It will be fine if you don't expect a fancy room. The room only have very basic thing/space you need. As we stayed for only one night, we think it's ok. But if we stayed longer, maybe we will consider another place. Also there're still some driving distance from the Niagara fall. 10-15 min drive.

Decent for the price

The room I stayed in was renovated, which was nice. It was a clean room, & having the fridge and microwave was a plus! The staff were very friendly. The parking lot is big and the pool looked clean but unfortunately the weekend I was there it was too cold so I didn't get to go in. Overall, I had a decent stay.

Unfortunately, the beds & the pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. I did not have a proper sleep because of it.
