Good location, good staff

The location of the hotel was great for me. The staff is helpful and attentive, the mint lemonade that they served in the lobby everyway was a good way to start a day and refresh oneself. It would be great if they would have served filter coffee during the breakfast otherwise the breakfast was also great.

Rooms are very comfortable. Room service was good. In the room everything was perfect.

The reception. Room was not ready. We arrived early morning 5 due to flight delay and room was not ready. We were really tired!! No way to make the receptionist understand. Zero service culture

Decent breakfast, staff was helpful

Despite booking one night in advance the room was not ready on arrival / the key system was not working in the hotel / wi fi was terrible and did not work
