Welcoming and friendly.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. Refreshing water served on arrival. The rooftop pool was peaceful and relaxing. The room service was delicious and convenient.

The fridge needs to be fixed. The TV needs to be easier to use. The seal on the shower glass needs to be replaced so that the bathroom floor doesnt flood.

Breakfast was very good and it has a wide variety. Hotel location was perfect

The main problem was the water drainage in the toilet shower. Water was flooding each time I took a shower.

I request one queen bed but unfortunately I received room with two single beds make it together to make the king size bed which is not accepted for this 4 star hotel

Bad bad bad bad

Every is bad, and I do not recommend anyone to go there.

Everything thing . The iron table was broken. Iron itself, not clean and destroy my shirt. The shower is very bad, and water comes very slow, which makes you carry the lock by your hand to take your shower. The compressors of Acs in front of windows which make you sleep in night very hard . Staff in breakfast are not helpful and unhappy to serve you . Finally, the GM came and said, "Sorry, we can't do more or ask us that he will fix or change the room Baaaaaaaaaad Hotel
