Loved the size of the rooms. Nothing was too much for the staff Nothing was too much for the staff. The location was perfect, everything within easy reach. The breakfast was always fresh and tasty.

Highly agreable City-Hotel in Palma, the highest recommendation.

Very friendly staff. Very clean room, exchange of towels and linen on on a frequent basis. Tea, Coffee and Water on offer in the room everyday. Watercettle and refrigerator in the room. Very warm and elegant atmosphere in the room. Many useful sockets and lamps in the room. The location was very good, only a couple of minutes to the first/last bus stop for the express bus to the airport and 10-15 minutes walk to the old town.

There is absolutely nothing that we didn't like, we can highly recommend the Bordoy Continental Palma. The only minor issue is the connecting to the WiFi, which we found a bit laborious with entering room numbers, e-mail adress and name (if we recall right), which we had to do twice during our stay.

The hotel was a nice surprise. The room was more spacious than expected, comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel is a bit outaded, but clean and with a nice atmosphere. The breakfast was very good, with a lot of choices and options (also for vegetarians). It is close to the centre, within a walking distance from the shore as well.

It can be a little bit noisy from the street, as the windows are old and don't isolate that well.

The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful.

The hotel didnt meet our expectations. Double room on the pictures is light and spacious, yet ours was dark and filled with random old (antique-looking) furniture which had no function at all. The biggest disappointment was the cleanness. On arrival one of the face towels was full of black stripes, like someone had cleaned their shoes with it. We used the tea cups, washed them properly and put them on the table. When we returned to the room, we found the cups back on their original spot and they were full of dirt inside. It looked like the cleaning lady has used the same cloth on them which she used for the floor/toilet. That was very unpleasant.
