Disappointing

Not as good as ISTY.

The pool is nice, and the space and design of the shared areas and rooms are also nice, but need a bit more life to them. Its clean and well kept otherwise.

The breakfast was very bare and kept cold and effortlessly. I have stayed at ISTY twice before and it is MUCH better in this regard. The staff at ISTY are also much more present and engaged, at BOOK it feels empty and the reception is often distracted and a bit distant. The cafe is also closed most of the time, and on-site supplies are limited, no snacks, no catering or tea or coffee even.

The breakfast was a total fail. You wpukd have gotten a 9 or a 10 if the breakfast wpuld have been a little nicer than heated eggs and weiners and toast.

Cosy boutique hotel that covered all our hotel requirements.

Very spacious and clean room for our family of 4, very comfortable with simple but elegant furnishing. Aircon worked well, and shower pressure was alright throughout our 5 nights stay. Complimentary parking. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel.

Small breakfast spread, while complimentary, was the same everyday. And on some days, the food was not replenished for quite a while, even though it was still middle of the breakfast operating hours. Minor, but has room for improvement.

Nice stay for families with kids

We booked the family room which was ideal for a family of 4. The mattresses were firm and the bedding comfy. It was spacious, with a small sofa / seating area, and room to fit a few large suitcases. Kids enjoyed time splashing and lounging at the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful in booking local transport and providing directions. Located within 10-15 mins drive to the weekend night markets.

Wifi was intermittent and weak. While it was convenient to have breakfast downstairs, the fare was pretty basic - fried rice, sunny side ups, scrambled eggs, stir fried veg, sausages, toast with jelly, cornflakes and the same dishes were served everyday. Shower took a while to heat up and on one night, the water was only lukewarm at best

Rude staff, lousy food

Cute decor. Pool was OK.

Receptionist was rude when we checked in. I've lived in Thailand 27 years. I speak, read and write Thai fluently. I am a legal permanent resident of Thailand. When she spoke to me in English I asked that she please speak in Thai. She rudely replied 'I never speak to foreigners in Thai. So I said well I never speak to Thais in English. Her English was far worse than my Thai. My wife, who is Thai, also found the receptionist rude. Parking was insufficient and awkward. Hot water was scant. Breakfast was pretty bad - white toast, hot dogs and fried eggs. No fresh brewed coffee. Restaurant and Bar were closed the whole time.

A sanctuary in the city

The hotel is set back from the round, so its a little sanctuary from the chaos of the city with a lovely pool to cool off in after a long day sightseeing. The staff a friendly and answered any questions we had.

The only thing I could say that was a slight negative about the hotel was that we struggled to find a grab taxi in this area, however passing taxis and tuk Turks are easy to get if you step out onto the Main Street.
