The dog! :D

The room was small and there were no amenities as shown in the picture. It almost feels like a scam to book a room here. Worthless stay with a garbage view from the balcony. Totally disappointed!! I should even ask for my money back for hotel's condition. PS THERE WAS EVEN NO KITCHEN IN THE HOTEL

The interior of the rooms is really beautiful. Also the location is pretty good, some 500 m from the Cliff

The property manager asked us to cancel on Booking.com and instead pay directly. There were cancellation charges associated with cancelling on booking and he said that he will waive it off. I had to follow up 5 times to get the charges waived off, he didnt do it till checkout time. If you get same request from the property manager, ask them to waive cancellation before you do the payment else they wont pay any heed to your request

Location of the property is really good

Cleanliness. Also there were lizards in the room. No breakfast option within same property, it was A La Carte in some other place of the same group

Overpricy when compared to the facilities they provide

The place is fine its easy to get to cliff

For almost an hour there was no current in the room and we couldnt sleep properly . they didnt look into it until I called them thrice . The kettle was unclean and we couldnt use to to make tea .

I liked the ambience most. And the staff is super cooperative. I especially thank Nana for her support. Nice & calm place to stay.

Everything was good but only thing that bothered me was a window in my room was not having curtain on it, else everything was perfect.

Great value for money

The room was very cosy, clean and tidy. Pretty simple setup, with huge bed and minimal furniture and nice design. It had a hot water in the shower, NonAC Room was quite cool, this time or the year its not required, it had glass bottle of water refilled for free. The location is great, very close to the cliff and InDa Cafe where breakfast is available all day long. I enjoyed the food very much, even came back after I checked out to another place. Great experience, highly recommended.

Theres always something to improve, but for this money its totally worth it. I got a good deal last minute on a weekend. Its rainy, the room was moist, and needed air circulation, I opened window and put the fan on and it worked.

Pathetic place and management

I don't believe in dissing a place online unless it has stooped down to such levels that I feel others should also know about it, unfortunately this is one such place. I usually do my reservations on booking.com and have been doing this for close to 6-7 years now. We always opt in for payment at the property and if the management informs us about the need to make an advance payment then we.do.the needful or we cancel the booking in advance. There have been times when the property we might have reserved cancel our bookings for whatever reason, but all of this has always happened well in advance. We booked Boho hotels for the May 1st long weekend and we were reaching the place driving down from Bengaluru. The management of this place, being the perfect hosts that they are (sic), had gone ahead and sold off our reservations to someone else. Now imagine our plight, after driving for 15 hours, while it's continuously raining and we, me and my wife make it to the property after walking through waterlogged roads since their parking is at quite a distance, we get to know we don't have a reservation there. Being a long weekend we don't even have any options as most of the places are booked out. The GM had the audacity to say that he cancelled our booking long back when the reality is there was no cancellation done from the property's side as I still had an active reservation on the app. On the day I was booking this place I mistakenly booked it twice and I cancelled one of the bookings. The manager showed me the screenshot of that cancellation and said he had sent in from his side. I know the management will come back defending their stance, but I've screenshot of my booking which says it was active.
