The hotel smells so bad. Fittings were oldno hangers for clothing, standard of food was poor, even the coffee!

You Get What Whit Ye Pay For!

No real gripes. The staff were generally welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was fine. It's a Moroccan Hotel - when in Morocco...

A front facing room can be noisy throughout the night from road noise and horn sounding. All said it was in a very cental location.

safe, not far from train station, big room, luggage storage

front desk tried to charge me 3 Eur city tax instead of 2 Eur printed on my booking order, she then gave me an uncleaned room, which is very, wired. In the morning, before check out time, the cleaner swiped card to enter my room without knocking at the door first. Lobby was cozy and shining but room facilities were old. Just overpriced.

Disappointing

Truly mediocre in all aspects

A part from the convenient location and some attentive staff, there is not much to praise. Internet was working well.

The room was outdated and with worn out furniture. Somber design and dark. The bath room was equally outdated with no ventilation. The overall cleanliness is superficial. In the rooms were many flies and even after complaint, no spraying was done. The breakfast room is at 08.00 AM full with tourist groups. Only two lifts, with often long waiting times. The hotel is mostly use by package tour groups.

Does what it says on the tin. Not amazing, but certainly not bad.

Very helpful staff, comfortable bed, reasonable price, excellent location with shops and restaurants within walking distance - as is the train station.

Music from the pool bar was played very loudly and late. Towels were not provided with the room. Room was very dusty. Corridors were dark.
