Very good

The hotel, food and location excellent. Main hotel was very clean only thing is the rooms and bathrooms aren't as clean as they could be. Housekeeping doesn't clean the shower at all. But apart from that great place to stay will love to come back.

The bathroom was small and the shower wasn't cleaned by housekeeping the whole 10 days we stayed there. Also no iron provided, only iron service which is very expensive. So bring your own travel iron.

Enjoyed every minute very relaxing, central to shops will visit again for sure

Everything was very very good the food was excellant could not fault it. So much choice we was very spoilt Service in restaurant was impecable staff very helpful polite and went over and above their job 100% first class A choice of pools Soft play baby pool Rooms cleaned and beds made and towels changed everyday cleaning team were amazing friendly helpful lovely polite people

Wi Fi wasnt good, very poor around the pool No baby changing facilties in the toilets to change nappies Wine carafs in the dining room could do with being chilled as it was 57 degrees most of the week would be nice to have a cold glass of wine

Overpriced. Poor communication. Lots of false information given.

Location was good. Wait staff and clean team and some of the reception staff were good. Manager was terrible

Manager. Noisy rooms. None of our messages actioned even though they had been replied to and agreed to. Not given family room even though asked for not. One party given free transfer from airport other party told that wasnt an option.

Rooms are big disappointment. Does not even rate a 2 stars hotel. We booked a sea view room and we got a partial sea view corner room. We have to walk all the way to the lobby everyday to get towels for the pool. Sea is far from the hotel. Not 70 meters at all.

The staff were excellent couldn't do enough for us very friendly The food was excellent plenty of it and great choices Great facilities IE Spa pool ect Plenty of drinks on tap{Very Nice} Good access to the beech

People claiming the same sun beds at the pool side a bit hectic at food times [but not to much of a problem as one of your waiters looked after us
