Great hotel for a trip in Vietnam, but nearby super loud karaokes annoyed us throughout our stay.

The hotel is next to the beach in a remote location. The hotel looks fantastic, with its great architecture oh white walls and dark wood plus lush gardens. The breakfast was great and the staff super friendly, always trying to make their best so we feel good. The spa is really nice and the massage was great!

We went to this remote place to be quiet with our 6 months baby, but sadly there are two nearby karaokes that blast music super loud, every evening from 6pm to 10pm plus some days from 9 am! We could hear the music and even lyrics that people were singing in our room, while walking in the hotel alleys, etc. Hotel says because they are out of their control they can't do anything about it.

One of the most beautiful and memorable stay!!

Had the most amazing experience in this beautifully built resort. The location and architecture is amazing. Well equipped rooms/villas,cleanliness always on point, beautiful pool right in front of the beach,one can spend a whole day by the pool. The staff is really nice. They go above and beyond to cater the needs of their guests. Food was good. Beautiful breakfast spread and the high teas in the evening. Overall a wonderful and memorable experience. P.S They upgraded the room over a minor inconvenience. Always going to remember that.

Beautiful beach-side resort with magnificient views

Beautiful beach-side resort with magnificient views. Very friendly staff. Gorgeous pool area with lots of space for children too. Fresh spring rolls were one of the best I have ever had. High-quality bed in the hotel room.

The quality and variety of juices at the breakfast could be better. On arrival day our driver was supposed to be waiting for us in our hotel lobby in central Hoi An. He wasn't, and we had to search him for a while to find him.

Had a lovely time at Hoi An Bliss, beautiful property and friendly staff

Beautiful and well maintained property, great beach as well. We were upgraded to a larger room which was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful - in the middle of our stay I got a food poisoning from dinner in town, the staff were really nice providing me with medicine and hot ginger tea in the middle of the night. Clean beautiful rooms, great breakfast.

overall stay was great, but if i had to name one thing that could have been done better - its the food in the restaurant. Considering how amazing Vietnamese cuisine is in even small local places for pennies, the food in the restaurant could have been better - was of average quality and dry. Breakfast buffet was great though

We were upgraded to a bigger room because of maintenance/possible noise caused by an elevator repair. Lovely breakfast. Caring staff. Shuttle bus free to the town. Actually the best hotel service in my whole life.

So peaceful at this resort. You can escape all the noise of the cities due to the location. The staff helpful and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and the amenities were all great.

Because of its location, it takes quite the drive from the airport. But because of its remote location, you get a much more peaceful stay.

Beyond amazing

My newly-wedded wife and I could not of asked for a better wedding venue. The staff went out of there way to make our day beyond special. Location, food and service were exceptional. If you want to get married in Vietnam this is the place to do it. I cannot recommend Bliss Hoi An enough
