A great find and very nice alternative to a motel/hotel

Very peaceful location, suited the travel we needed to do between Invercargill and Winton with lovely Riverton as the closest town. A car is required.

Peaceful, comfortable big farm house with everything you need close by.

A really lovely big house in the country while still being close to both Riverton and Invercargill. It was so peaceful being able to listen and watch the cows and birds. The house was extremely comfortable and warm.

The property was perfect, fresh clean, comfortable and warm. Gary was the perfect host, even lighting the fire for us prior to our arrival

There is nothing I didnt like about this property, it is nice and quite given its location and is not too far from the town

Walking into this place was like coming home. Everything was neat and clean. The beds were oh so comfy and the property outside is big enough for our daughter to play and explore. We loved having the cows right next door.

Directions should read ; From Invercargill on route 99, turn left at the Waimatuku garage on the left hand side of the road. If you reach the Riverton Race Course , youve past it. From Riverton , on route 99 turn right at the Waimatuku garage on the right hand side of the road.

A cozy family home away from home with all the facilities that a person would need. A very nice and helpful host. I would recommend this home for a family of up to eight getaway.

Lovely relaxing stay for one night, Instructions on Wi-Fi and TV connection would be good.

We love the interesting furnishings and layout of the house.

Lack of instructions left for TV operation and lack of hair dryer. The internet connection was very poor and I couldn't get it to work on my laptop at all.
