Cozy, and charming hotel!!

We had breakfast and dinner include it, and it was excellent. The menu was changing every single day, and it was really worth it. Location was perfect ,away from the busy ,noisy bars and restaurants, but very close to the beach!!!

We love everything about this hotel!! The pool area outside is great! it was very relaxing. The performance every evening was very pleasant, and in general it was very relaxing and charming atmosphere.

Lovely atmopshere in the pool - very relaxing. \great bar staff.

Easy access, the breakfast was great with massive selection of items

We were allocated a disabled room - and the bathroom had issues. The shower leaked over the bathroom floor, the hand held shower head was black with mould. The mirror was not cleaned properly and the finishing of the tiling needed doing.

Great anniversary stay

This was our 2nd stay in this hotel. The hotel is very clean and has a great cuisine. It's located near to center of Palma - around 20 min by bus. Small pool with sunbeds that were always free when we needed it. It's really close to the beach. If you like nightlife a 10 minute walk in the eastern direction will take you to a place filled with pubs and restaurants. On top of everything hotel staff made our stay very special decorating the room for our wedding anniversary.

A small thing I missed from our last stay here 5 years ago. There used to be music played by the pool during the day with a man playing live on sax. This was really special - it's a shame it's not there anymore.

Great hotel, breakfast and dinner included in the half board is above and beyond excellent. Definitely going back there

Best breakfast and dinner I've ever had at a hotel Great location Room service and cleanliness Music program in the evening Coffee in the bar

Coffee in the restaurant is not great, had to buy one in the bar - its great there Would like to be able to get drinking water at the hotel Need to buy tea and coffee to prepare in the room
