Good but room for improvments

Great location, I will probably stay here again.

There is room for improvments: although the staff was always polite, the place lacks a little bit of "soul". Breakfast was avarage, I think more could be made with regard to pastry. Room was great but for instance there is no reading lamp. Also I have seen people taking glasses near the pool, I think that should not be permitted as a safety measure. But as I said place is good and I will probably stay here again.

Overall we really great time.

Beach was connected to property and right in the center of the fun

Found blood on a freshly laundered towel. Made an appointment to speak to manager, Nick. His attitude was surprisingly cold. Also, there is a policy posted at pool to not save chairs and towels would be removed after a time of non use. They do not enforce this policy and by 7:30 there are no chairs for the bulk of the guests.

Good

Beach was crowded but nice. Breakfast had a good selection. The location was quiet and it was a great location to explore southern Phuket. Cool market across the street with lots of shops and things nearby.

The staff were quite unhelpful and were unable to do things like book taxis, providing basic information, and give conflicting information.

Nice hotel but I dont think I would stay again.

Nice location on the beach with nice rooms and staff.

Borderline impossible to get a pool lounge. People reserve them and dont come back for hours. Doesnt feel like the hotel does much about it and when asked for help they didnt do much. Just have to stand there and wait for someone to leave. Need to enforce it more. Given the high prices the hotel charges it is very disappointing to not get a pool lounge. Once you do get a pool lounge, there are sometimes loud dance parties in the pool in the middle of the day. Hotel is great however it does not feel like good value for money. Beds are also quite hard.

Best location on Kata Beach absolute beachfront

Breakfasts are amazing. Have been coming here for years. Always clean, comfortable rooms, the best location and resort in Kata Beach, i believe..will continue to support this hotel.. Easy check in and check out. Loved our stay.

People puting their alarms on for 6am and throwing beach towels over the pool lounges to reserve and not coming back for hours. Just selfish behaviour. HOWEVER, the pool attendants are onto this and i LOVED watching them remove their belongings and seeing their faces when they came back hours later with people that actually DO want to sit and enjoy them all day. Well done staff Also, keep even your small amount of change or anything of value in your SAFE in your room when you go out... so it doesn't go walkabouts ..
