3rd time we've started here. Love the dog run and the staff.

Sad to find the shower not working this time. Staff said they would fix it right away.

I'll be back!

Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and housekeeping was excellent. I loved the breakfast and the service. The front desk was very friendly and I thought on the whole, staying for four nights, I had a good experience and received good value for the rate!

2nd time staying here. Both times, it was great. Hot shower. Very comfortable bed. Heating and air worked great. Easy access to room. Definitely recommend!

Overall for the money, we got what we paid for. Service was excellent.

The breakfast was good. The location was easy--on and off I-40!

The hall carpet on the third floor was loose. My husband's cane kept getting tangled up in the creases. Very dangerous situation. Carpet needs to be stretched.

Nice, conveniently located near the old town (possible to reach it on foot). Nice old-fashionned wood furniture. Efficient shuttle service to the airport. Dinner options nearby.

The annoying addition of 25$ to the bill to get the room 1 hour early when it was already ready. I am fine with paying for the work, but when the room is already ready, that seems uncalled for.

Short stay

Location. We didn't get breakfast at the hotel because we were still full from eating at Les Combes nextdoor.

Had a problem with the tub draining, backed up so I was standing in 2 inches of semi cold water. Also the toilet seat kept slipping to the side. I feel the rooms need some updates and new mattresses. For what I was charged I won't be staying there again next time we stop in Albuquerque.
