Breakfast was very good.

Parking place is very small. Room - The washbasin looks luxus but it has weird shape and unconvenience for using because used water always spread out. The water tab over the basin is installed very high and very unconvenience to brush the teeth. Bath Tub - Unconvenience to use. The bottle of shower gel is installed on the leg side when you lay down in the tub.

An excellent stay overall

Everything was very nice. The complimentary drink was a nice touch. The staff were particularly friendly and breakfast was also excellent.

The bed was hard - but I think a lot of people like this! It was also very expensive - but this was standard for hotels across Strasbourg at this time of year.

Everything was great however the quality and presentation of the breakfast was next level. The staff take pride in their jobs and are happy to have genuine conversations with their guests.

The only bad thing was the signage of the the Hotel was very hard to see from the road, especially at night while driving in a car past the location. As the hotel frontage is small and Best Western's are traditionally large hotel with big signs we drove past three times before we found it. I'm glad we did because it was such a gem of a hotel.
