Superb

Great Affordable Place to Stay for the Rose Bowl Parade/Game

The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast spread was actually quite good for a "light" contintental breakfast as the property described. They also accommodated the breakfast hours for the Rose Bowl parade happening in town the day that we stayed.

The street the hotel is on is a bit busy so you could hear traffic and such--especially because it was New Years. But overall there wasn't much we didnt like.

Great place and price, only location a little far

Breakfast was really good, small variety but really good quality.

Smoke detector had a low batery and was making really loud noises, I went to the front desk for help but the person did not offer any solutions.

There were a few amount of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. House keeping didn't want to fill it up until full

The property is good. But I don't understand why there are two Best Western next to each other under different owners.

The young lady at the front desk is awesome. I'm sorry I didn't get her name . She called to confirm my accommodations, which I was thankful for. I will be definitely be staying here again for my meetings. Thank you & your caring & kindness doesn't go unseen
