I would not stay here again. I wish I had paid more to stay somewhere else and this place wasnt very particularly cheap

Nothing I particularly liked about the property.

It was outdated, had a weird smell, felt surface level clean and the bed was very uncomfortable as I sunk in from how soft the mattress was and it hurt my back.

Would I stay here again and recommend this BEST WESTERN to others??? YOU BET I WOULD!!!!

I have nothing but RAVE reviews for this Best Western property. I included a "Special Request" with my reservation. My request was graciously honored in full. My room was nicely appointed and clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff at the front desk were lovely, friendly and went overboard to assist when I had an issue with my car. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful, the dining room immaculate and comfortable. There was coffee on and available for guests 24/7 in the comfortable and inviting TV lounge area. My stay extended for several days and this truly felt like a HOME away from Home. Highly recommend!!!!

My stay was extremely disappointing and ending up in an injury I'm still suffering w/ a month later.

Breakfast closed earlier than what was advertised in the room and by the front desk- when I mentioned something the gal just shrugged.

Additionally the pool floor was unreasonably slippery. Obviously pool decks get wet, but you couldn't walk one step without slipping, which resulted in me falling and getting very hurt ending up in the urgent care and ER. The hotel has done NOTHING I never got calls back that I was promised to even check if I was ok.

I don't like the single-use plastic, but that's unfortunately what's used in most places for breakfast.

Excellent location, staff, rooms, breakfast, nightly cookies, facilities. Kim went over and beyond to accommodate a special request and make our stay even more amazing.

Disappointing

Mediocre, compared to the hundreds of hotels/motels I've stayed at.

Bed was comfortable. Room was Quiet.

The EDGE (border) of the mattress was way too soft. You couldn't sit on it (only able to lean against it). I actually slid to the floor. AND there were no large size plates (for waffles) nor was there any butter! AND I had to wait for them to refill the two coffee Thermostat. Crazy breakfast.
