Superb

Good place to stay while traveling.

It was easy to get to, dog friendly. The dog friendly room was not carpeted which is really smart. There is nothing worse than a room that has animal stained carpet. Not all dogs are trained! Also several food options were available around the hotel.

There anything I could comment about sine we got there after dark.

Great stay!

Really cool older property. Great hotel grounds, nice staff. Room is comfortable, not the most updated, but has all necessities. Convenient location and easy parking. We will definitely stay here again.

Again, not the most modern hotel, but enjoyable and vintage feeling. No elevator.

The room is not soundproof at all. We heard every single tap in the upper floor! The bed was very uncomfortable, pillow was bad.

Very good

It was just fine for me and my family.

Breakfast was good. For the price and the portions were good. And there was plenty of room were it was located.

TV had to have to maintenance guy come to my room and fix the remote or tv to work. Which he did a fine job getting there and getting it done. And he was very respectful.

Lovely place to stay when getting around the bay.

ADA room was setup perfectly for my needs. I appreciated the help at check in to ensure my needs were met. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast due to distance, but the location allowed me to get on the freeway easily to get to my destinations.

The only issue was getting to the room if there was the cleaners' cart in the way. Because of this I chose to use the stairs more than the built in ramp with my walker. While currently not a hardship, if I only had access to a wheelchair it would have been an issue.

Nice location!

Easy access to the freeway. Free parking. Shops and restaurants are walking distance and near the hotel.

The ceiling fan in the bathroom turns on with the lights and sounded like noisy car with a booster engine! The staff offered to check it out after I brought it to their attention but it should have been fixed before they assigned the room to their guest. Housekeeping crews cleans the bathroom after guest/s, and they should be aware of the noise while the light is on in the bathroom!

Location ideal for my planned stay, easy walking access to the Larkspur ferry terminal.

Staff very helpful, room clean and quiet. AC excellent.

Great staff made up for minor inconveniences

The room was clean, the property was quiet, and the front desk staff was both helpful and friendly. The pool was heated, and one of the spas was up and running. Also, probably my favorite part was the patio/balcony areas where I was able to sit and enjoy the outside while still having privacy and avoiding unnecessary human interactions.

The spa directly outside our room was not running. It was not a super big deal since another spa was working near the pool. The inconvenience was that our room was in the far back corner, too far away to walk to those amenities (including breakfast). We ended up driving our car around the entire property to just go swimming, sit in the spa, or get breakfast in the mornings. Also, the back of the property seemed rather full with every parking spot nearly taken, but the front was very open. It would have been nice if we were all spread out a little more to avoid having to fight for parking to be able to watch our vehicles during our stay.
