Very good

Comfortable room with friendly staff.

Spacious clean comfortable room. Substantial and varied continental breakfast, considering our stay was over the Christmas period.

Our room was at the end of a long corridor, and closest to the A14 dual carriageway - so a bit noisy when windows were opened for ventilation.

Decent hotel and staff but cold!!

Nice hotel, friendly staff, comfortable bed, Good breakfast apart from no fried eggs because they havn't got the right pan...?!

Cold corridor leading to room once you left reception area. Was advised on checking out that the manager had removed the fuses from heaters! Why?? Room cold on arrival, window open and heating remote set on 15 deg! We went out more or less straightaway for an evening function having set the remote at 23 deg to hopefully warm up room on return. However, room still cold and appeared the air con/heater unit was not working at all. Therefore had to warm up the room by putting on fan heater in bathroom and also to shower in comfort. By that time it was late, we were tired so did not complain at that point. Obviously the room cold still in morning and lots of condensation on window as a result. Mentioned to staff on checking out and it appeared this was not the first time people had mentioned how cold it was. Its winter for heavens sake, charge a bit more for the rooms rather than try and cut costs by cutting off heat!

Pleasant

The heater is very good and can be adjusted with control depend on your preferences. The bed is soft and comfortable. Best price for your budget.

Toilet was flushing by itself almost the whole night and my boyfriend was interrupted sleep by it. I was not able to see to report this directly to the staff as they were unavailable when we checked out the room.
