    Was perfect for our requirements.
    We stay somewhere as a large family group (20+) once a year. One of the cleanest and most suitable spaces we have stayed at. Great kitchen facilities and was bigger than I expected. Having train lovers in the group the Q train coming past over the long weekend was an added bonus.
    BBQ space didn't ventilate the best.

    End of Season Trip
    I booked this location for my footy end of season trip. There was good communication between myself and John. The place was clean and is in a good location! Lots of kitchenware available, cleaning equipment, comfy bunk beds and great space to accommodate 30 in one room and enough property to have space from eachother. I would highly recommend this place for large groups.
    There were no major issues as all expectations were communicated and met.

    Great venue, well set up for groups.
    Great venue for a group. Plenty of room to move around. The fire outside was a bonus for the group to enjoy on a cold weekend.
    No ramp at front of property for wheelchair.

    All you need and more
    Everything you need is there, great amount of kitchen things, BBQ, 2 fridges, and the rooms are well sound proofed. The fire pit is a bonus, and the outdoor area is perfect for lots of people to sit comfortably.
    Could have a more comfortable lounge area, but we spent more time outdoors.
