Superb

A very pleasant experience.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Got a complimentary visit to the water park. Housekeeping came daily and did a great job.

There was a mosquito issue in the room, but the y did what they could. The baby cot had bugs.

Dilapidated hotel. Aircon, tv were not working. All furnitures falling apart. Close to Open drians. Bad smells. Rooms full of smal insects.

Disappointing

Dissappointing for the money. Wouldn't recommend. Never stay there again.

Room was fantastic but we booked the best room so it should have been. Staff overall were really friendly and helpful. Great locatio for business tourist, business district and food areas.

The hotel was in poor overall condition, especially the look as you approached. Thought we were entering a condemned building. The facility is next to a sewer stream which was very smelly. Overall plumbing was horrible with extremely noisy drains running downn walls and through the ceiling from other nearby rooms. Toilet wouldn't flush properly, sink wouldnt drain, toilet seat was broken, bath dual water flow control didnt work. You may ask why we didnt report these things to be fixed - we did but too no avail. Twin Air Con was noisy. Room cleaning failed to leave towells, soaps, bug zapper foiuls, floor mats and other items which had to be requested often. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, especially the toilet.

Very good

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. We had a banquent Christmas eve dinner that was exceptional. Basic room a but rundown but restaurant ,pool, bar facilities made up for it.

The rooms were a bit run down with a lot of things really not working , although they were helpful in repairing our air-conditioning at 11pm.
