Lovely service from friendly staff

The staff were excellent - polite, helpful and very professional. Breakfast was also very good with a n impressive range of choices.

The leisure facilities were a bit dated and far too busy. Steam room did not work properly.

Delightful get away and perfect location.

The staff on reception were, friendly, welcoming and so attentive even without asking, like lending an umbrella. Located perfectly in a pretty and quiet part of town. Restaurant staff at breakfast were also welcoming and were lovely to each other, it didn't go unnoticed.

The steam room could have been hotter.

Not up to standard as it was in previous years

The only good thing about our stay was the breakfast We ordered room service for sandwiches the bread was hard and the prawns were ok l have been going to the Bedford lodge for quiet a few year and this was the worst stay this year we came away with a tummy bug we will not be using this hotel in the near future

l think l have said enough about hotel
