Great location but that's all I'm afraid

The smallest room I've ever stayed in and was greeted by a foul smell as the last resident hadn't flushed the toilet and neither had the cleaner. Food left outside the room next to mine was there at 6pm and still there the following morning when I left . Ridiculously overpriced for what is a broom cupboard, you will also hear the neighbours snore and fart through your wall. Far better alternatives nearby for far less.

Great stay in Newmarket and location was just right and would definetely stay there again.

I had booked an Economy Single room for my 2 night stay and found on arrival, that I had been upgraded to a Double Room with all facilities at no extra cost in the Lodge Area of accommodation. I was very pleased with the room and no complaints at all.

Recommend this Grade 2 building hotel.

Location was excellent. Very clean room. Towels were soft. Room had all amenities necessary. Was complimentary upgraded to a better room. Friendly staff. Good food at their restaurant.
