Very good

A relaxing stay on the lake.

Room was amazing and the half board meals included were delicious.

Not enough explanation was given for the different activities (saunas, pools, massages) and knowing which were included or needed to pay extra. We felt overwhelmed and access to each one was not clear so weren't sure if we were allowed to go in certain doors.

Amazing

The hotel is great, everything was perfect. The View is amazing I willl post some special lake view videos on Google Maps. The stuff are so friendly and helpful. I would love to thank the manager Mr. Sebastian for his kindness, and Ms. Sibylle for her helping while we were staying at the hotel. I also need to express my deep expressions to Mr. Fernando who is one of the SPA stuff for his lovley dealing, Fernando is very friendly with the hotel guests.

I will definitely come back again!

Good but check type of room before you book.

Location was great. Close to bus station. Breakfast / dinner were good. Staff cooperation was good.

Some rooms were old, whereas others were newly renovated.. This was not clearly shown in booking.com site. We got stuck with old room and toilet was not very clean. We tried to upgrade, which was for additional money, but there were no availability. This was very disappointing, because this was a 5 star hotel, and we did not expect old room.

The rooms wasnt as big as the ones in the picture. Your limited on when to have your coffee. I was wearing my blue wrest band that indicates that I was staying the hotel, one waitress looked me up and down and instead of asking me how may i help you he said excuse me are you staying in this hotel. Lunch wasnt good, and i had the worst massage which the forced me to have they wouldnt cancel it, i only visited for 3 nights and something came up why wouldnt you cancel it? The hotel needs more workers who speaks english its not my fault that I dont speak your language to get a rude reply.
