    Loved the apartment and view
    Very efficient and friendly host who was very responsive to queries and requests.
    Apartment was a little sterile in feel. Lack of free cooking condiments such as tea bags, coffee, sugar, salt, oil, etc. The apartment has a very well equipped kitchen but every single thing needed to be purchased and then disposed of, at the end of the stay.

    The place is clean and comfortable but a bit stuffy. We need to request for fans to air the apartment. Better quality fans should be provided in line with decor of apartment. The fans made a lot of noise due to its lower quality.
    The location is like 8 minutes walk from rail/ bus station. Insufficient amenities for 4 pax even though we paid for 4 persons to stay for 7 nights since rental is charged by days and number of pax staying. Only 1 small set of shampoo shower and body lotion in each bathroom. These small details would make us happy.

    The apartment was extremly clean, modern, spacious and in a good location for walking to the train.
    We liked having a good grocery store close by and being able to cook our own healthy meals in the very well supplied kitchen. We also liked having so much room to spread out, fully unpack, play games and lounge around.
    We struggled with figuring out the electric stovetop (but finally worked it out with help from Google), and we had to hold down the toaster to get it to work. As for the clothes dryer, we never did figure out how to work out the settings to get it to run long enough to dry things.

    Overall excellent experience! Location was great. Comfortable beds and spacious living area with kitchen.
    Fans/cooling system as sometimes its hot but rooms are not that cool. If we open windows, bugs/mosquitos come in at night so have to close the windows as well and fans are of very low quality which do not throw proper air.

    Excellent apartment and location. Convenience store downstairs.
    The apartment met our expectations and was exactly like pictured. Very clean and tidy. Good beds. Proper blinds. Kitchen was well equipped incl. toaster, kettle and capsule coffee machine. Big balcony equipped with table, enough chairs, sunbeds and sunblind. The office for picking up the keys was conveniently located right by Interlaken Ost station and easy to find. On departure we dropped the keys into the key box located in the building. Location was excellent, nearby Interlaken West station. Coop petrol station store downstairs was convenient and the assortment optimal, so we ended up visiting it on daily basis. The closest supermarket is Migros, 5 mins walk. Extension of check-out time was possible for extra cost, 50 CHF / 2 hours extension. The office staff was very supportive and sent me my forgotten purse afterwards.
    Induction stove manual would have been useful. We googled to find any manual to unlock the child lock, which was preset. TV apps (Netflix, Youtube) unavailable. As for value for money. maybe not the best option.

    Great place to stay, good location, very clean and has everything you could want or need.
    The only negative is having to collect the keys from the other end of town and then return them at the end of your stay. This is a good 20 min walk and can be a pain if you are travelling with kids or elderly or have a lot of luggage.

    the bed frames should be changed. even a slight move makes terrible sound. its the same with both the bedroom beds.

    A modern spacious fully furnished apartment with all amenities, lift, washer and dryer in the unit. Nice balcony with sunshade and excellent views. Great location away from the crowds yet near enough within walking distance to central shopping and restaurants. Key pickup is across from Interlaken OST station a two minute walk. Everything was excellent.
    The beds are very low. Worked for us but could be a problem for some others with mobility issues. It would be nice if there's a bus stop close to the apartment for buses coming from Interlaken West towards the apartment.
