Very good

The front desk supervisor was excellent with helping me get a one night refund after finding out we spent two out of a four night stay at the hospital due to my wife having a stroke. Shelly or Shelia or Sherry (forgot her name) was kind and supportive. I will always appreciate this hotel staff for their kindness.

Great location, but dont expect to actually be able to sleep.

The location was fantastic! The staff was friendly and attentive. The beds were comfortable.

While it is listed as a non smoking property, it smelled terribly. People around us spent all night smoking both cigarettes and pot all night and morning long! The noise in the bedroom area was terrible! Doors slamming, loud people everywhere and all night long. It finally stopped around 3am.

Decoration and design of building. Kids got to see dolphin pods from room

Parking garage ceilings were low and hard to navigate due to size. Observed another patron get stuck trying to go up ramps

I wont return

The location is fine and overall it was relatively clean.

The parking garage is absurdly difficult to maneuver in. The walkways to the rooms are all outside. OK in summer I guess, but in the cold winter its unpleasant. Housekeeping comes by once a week, but within the first day of our stay the trash bag needed dumping. I guess thats up to me? The bath room area is non-standard for the US - the bathtub is in the entrance to the room, and the toilet is contained inside a tiny room thats absurdly narrow. The bath tub surround is begging for someone to slip off and break a limb. I am baffled how insurance approves this. I would not stay here again.
