Very average and would not recommend. Ok for families with small kids.

Rooms were nice big and spacious and bathrooms too

Too noisy with kids running around corridors past midnight . Bad soundproofing. One could constantly hear trolleys being dragged past your room , loud tv sounds from other rooms. Buffet was very average . Good variety but not much ya way of taste. Bathroom sink was leaking - repeated complaints from day one and not much was done about it. WiFi was just horrendous in the rooms - so one could not do any research or plan for the next day if we wanted to. Had to keep running to the lobby area to get a better signal. Had complained about the WiFi too but again nothing done . Breakfast was meant to start at 7am but there was nothing much available till 7:30am. Drinks at the bar were very watered down.

Worthy every penny, very clean place and friendly staff

Be live experience was amazing, the Hotel is immaculately clean and staff are very attentive, professional and friendly. Everyone made our stay memorable, special thanks to a few staff members who went above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable ilham & Manal at Reception & Akim who drove us to the airport, others i have forgotten their names. Our room was very clean and housekeeping staff were amazing with their attention to detail. There were lots of activities, buffet, snack bar, lobby bar all was inclusive in our rate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would definitely be back.

The brilliant, Staff made our trip memorable

Clean and comfortable hotel. All the hotel staff were wonderful nothing was too much trouble for them. Staff were always polite and eager to please. They made our holiday!

The food was amazing, all the staffs were nice and easy going especially Archraf at the bar, Adil and other guys doing entertainment.

Basic hotel amenities were not provided in the rooms, no robes and slippers in the rooms, had to keep calling reception for over a day for toothbrush and toothpaste. Takes forever before you can get what you requested for.

Superb

A great oasis to relax after visiting busy Marrakech

The room was spacious and clean, with two bathrooms, plenty of towels, and toiletries. The food selection was very good and to every taste. It was nice to try Moroccan tajine, even though it was not my cup of tea, but at least it was in the all-inclusive package. The fruits (fresh and dried) and fresh vegetables were fabulous. The fish and seafood (calamaries) were my favourites, and I ate the best-ever spring rolls. The pool was very nice, and the water was warm (in November). The bar and entertainment team (especially Smiley, Adil and Abdel, Fatima) were great and we were sorry to miss the activities when we went to explore Marrakech. A shuttle bus to Marrakech is a great idea; however, it would be nice to have a few stops in Marrakech, e.g. closer to the Jardin Majorelle as it is quite a long walk from the stop at Koutoubia. The reception and security staff were very kind and helpful. It was a nice oasis after even a few hours in busy Marrakech.

In our opinion, the entertainment started one hour too late, so it was running till midnight, disturbing sleep if you needed to wake up early the next day for the morning excursion. The gym's air conditioning didn't work, so it was quite hot to exercise. Some activities could be replaced with something more enjoyable.
