Front lady rude other staff very nice and polite.

The guy at night was super nice, the cleaning staff was really really nice, very polite.

Lady up front rude, outside of the building needs fixing and work on but not too bad.

Everything was just fine - clean, wifi working, convenient location right next to the Highway. Would stay there again.

noise from the highway, room was clean but you could smell strong chemicals odor after getting into the room. Breakfast has limited vegetarian options.

Highly disappointing

Breakfast weak, coffee really weak. Personnel were pleasant, though not very helpful.

Room was not cleaned, ever. Electrical switches in bathroom defective, hazardous. Checked out a day early, charged for the next night anyway Too much money for a low budget hotel

Driving up, my first impression was not positive. Walking in, the lobby smelled like too much deodorizing was sprayed. I

The room was clean.

The location was not great. We were going to downtown Phoenix and this is out of the way. There is nothing around the hotel, no restaurants or stores. I had to wait until 3pm to check in because they have an outdated system that didnt tell the front desk which rooms were clean. Our air kept turning off.
