OK to sleep in, but I would not stay long here if I can

Location was perfect for an overnight stay in Cebu. Close to good restaurants/food stores.

There are small things/details that could be fixed. Bed linens had cigarette burns, cups were chipped, and the orange juice was more like water with an orange taste

Convenient central location to main tourist sights and malls.

Location was good. Close enough to walk to food/mall or a cheap taxi ride to malls or tourist sights. Friendly staff at the front desk and door man. Breakfast was good. Good selection of eggs, sausages, fruit and cereal.

Towels were old and stained. Had to ask for a change of towels on the first day. Need better housekeeping.

Poor

The location was good, walkable to lots of restaurants and a pretty busy street with lots around. It wasn't loud, as you're not quite on the main street. And there's a rooftop pool with lounge chairs, which was nice, plus a small gym which I didn't use,

The bath towels, when I walked into the bathroom for the first time, I saw a little stain, but then I took it off the shelf and unwrapped it to see that it looked like something that a car mechanic just finished using! It's despicable! And it was supposed to be during peak season. After I called to get some more fresh ones, the ones that were delivered to me were just, if not half, as bad. I don't really know what they're using the towels for, and why we couldn't get decent ones. The shower part, though it had a rainforest shower head, because the design of the flooring isn't that great, it would basically just flood onto the rest of the bathroom area, as there's not shower curtain/door, which made things extremely messy. The restaurant, though technically not part of the hotel, might have been understaffed as it was the holiday season, so it was quite hectic during the continental breakfast, as there was not enough of any food - hot or cold for that matter. :\ I had to tell the staff to help me get some pieces of toast and scrambled eggs which took a while.

The staff was helpful and nice.

* The gym was inaccessible throughout my stay, as the door was locked, preventing entry. * The rooms were extremely noisy, with music audible from other floors and street noise penetrating the walls. * The pool area was frequently unavailable due to ongoing events, leading to its premature closure on several occasions. * The breakfast selection lacked international variety, limiting options for diverse dietary preferences. * The shower facilities were inadequate, lacking a curtain, which resulted in excessive water spillage outside the shower area.
