The lounge/ kitchen does not have an aircon. It was really HOT in there. We basically sat in the bedroom that is to small for 3 people. Parking is also a problem

The location was great. Walking distance to the beach and many restaurants and shops.

We didn'tget what was advertised. Our confirmation showed a bbq and outdoor furniture, but we got a unit with no outside space. They insisted I booked it wrong. I have all the proof of what we booked, and luckily, I also took screenshots because shortly after, all the information on the advertisment was changed. The place was not clean, the mirrors and windows were very dirty. Kitchen and fridge is in the sun the whole day so fridge does not get cold. There was no water in the kitchen on the first day, but they fixed that. The aircon is fixed to an inside wall instead of an outside wall, and the overflow drain is in the shower, it dripped day and night. The shower leaked water from the drainage pipe leaving the bathroom floor and adjacent wall, and doorway floor full of dirty water. They placed towels over it, and left it like that for the whole week, it smelled bad. Its an old problem as there is visible water damage to the walls. The bathroom door does not close properly, meaning no privacy. The unit sleeps 4 but there are only 2 chairs with a high table, and 3 at the kitchen nook, meaning we couldn't sit together to eat. The rules in the unit state a cleaner will come on day 3. No one came, we questioned it as we needed a new refuse bag, and the response was just "oh ok". We bought refuse bags eventually. There is a broom but no dustpan, so i just swept all the beach sand into one corner of the room. The main bed is worn out. When you lie on your side, your hip touches the base underneath. The co-owner, Greg, is unpleasant and when he came to fix the tap, he was very unconcerned with our complaints, and wouldnt listen to me, ignoring me completely, and would only speak to my husband. I do not recommend this place at all. I did message Bookings.com as well within the first 24 hours, but got no response.

Get keys from the property, we had to get keys from somewhere and walk a distance to the property and we were only told about the deposit when we checked in and they too long to give the deposit back(over a week)

Apartment had a balcony

The apartment is not in a good condition. No change of towels in 5 days. No checking of guests. First apartment did not have a door to the toilet (WC). Requested a move. Second apartment wasn't in good condition. Extractor fan in ensuite shower did not work. Room became musty. No dishcloths in kitchen. Toaster needs to be thrown away. Patio chairs have rusty legs.
