We liked everything, and nothing was ever a problem for any of the staff, we were always greeted with a smile, we really feel that we left as friends, I will say a big thank you to Ali hassan on the front desk who always looked after us,

Staff was friendly.

Staff was friendly, except for the reception team who seemed annoyed by our presence since the beginning. Honestly they were not helpful at all, they didnt almost explain anything to us, the only thing they seem to do well was speak arabic and laugh all the time with each other. That was uncomfortable. Room was clean, although the food tis TERRIBLE. Even the simplest thing was disgusting. Definitely need a huge improvement on that one.

Good value of money

The highlight was the private bay which is excellent for snorkeling, there are turtles, you can see them when you get away from the corals. This beach is across the road, very short distance and is nice and tidy. There is also a good dive center. Family room is spacious and clean. A nice outdoor seating area infront of the lobby. More than one swimming pool. Overall it was a good value of money. The breakfast egg station chef Zeyad was polite.

No Kittel. AC is noisy. No bathroom amenities refill. Food in breakfast is below average, coffee not drinkable. TV has only 7 channels all in Italian.

Its good and second time for me to visit the facility

Beach is kids and family friendly where you can see corals and colorful fishes and if you lucky enough you would see sea turtles usually for early morning swimmers

All the workers and hotel staff are wonderful and always aiming to satisfy the guests, especially Mohamed Mohani and Karim in the reception and Alaa in the restaurant. All the workers are very friendly. Aurora's strength is the strength of the rest of the hotels. The way guests are treated The food is very good and varied The animation is great

The parking garage is very sunny
