Very good hotel, but necessary scooter rented

The hotel has a good structure, there is a restaurant connected to it, they book tours and rent bikes, a market, next to laundry places (not included).

I wasn't planning to rent a scooter, but the hotel is a bit far from everything. Everything is at least 30 min walk in very hilly paths.

Perfect place in a relaxed and quieter side of the island which still has everything to offer.

Super clean, efficient and just a really well run place. The location was perfect as its 10 min walking distance to the southern beach (a quieter more relaxed vibe), but also has a bunch of great restaurants, scooter rental places, a fruit stall etc right on the doorstep. Given that you basically need to rent a scooter to get around anywhere on Koh Tao, it doesnt really matter that its not right at the beach. Much quieter area of the island than the main beach which we preferred.

The hotel has been the best so far in Thailand for very little money. You have a big included breakfast, a huge modern and clean room, a fridge, a balcony etc. You get free transport to the pier and to other hotels. Renting a scooter is very easy and only costs 200 baht

We have found too many ants on our table during breakfast, the rooms need some modernization, the staff were not as friendly as we are used to in Thailand.

I would stay there again

The room was very spacious. I was not woken up by room service which I liked. Theres a big shop just under the hotel which is very convenient. Close to great food and beaches plus they have a free shuttle few times a day in case you dont want to walk and the staff are lovely

I wish toilet roll and bin was replaced once a day without asking but it wasnt a big deal
