Superb

Great staff, very nice and helpful. Small pool on the roof was nice to cool off in. Good location near 5th ave.

They have some work going on at the hotel. Water was off in the room several mornings, but then it was fine the rest of the day.

It was near to the beach which was good, but also loud from outside noises and construction site, which was hard to slee

The elevator had a huge smell everyday. It was very loud. Sleeping was very hard because of all the noises

Good location if you want everything to be easily accessible

Great location of the hotel, which allowed us to easily move around the city. The center, the beach, the ferry port were all close to us. The room was a decent size and well maintained by housekeeping during our stay.

We were clearly informed that the breakfast was simple, but we were still disappointed on the first day, so we didn't go again. We did not have a hair dryer in the room and we informed the reception staff about this. Unfortunately, nothing was done.

Superb

Excellent location.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Everything is within walking distance. The staff was always aware of problems and eager to help or provide solutions in a friendly manner. The room was always kept in good condition, clean and tidy.

The room had several problems with the water, it did not reach the toilet, shower... and it smelled bad. (It did not always happen but it happened on several occasions) As a recommendation it would be good to have water bottles for guests.

The location was perfect, the rooftop terrace was nice. We had a nice Check in with Edwin and he helped us with everything we needed.

The water wasnt working 2 times, took a few hours until it worked again.

I really enjoyed the location and cleanliness of the property Michelle was wonderful very friendly and always greeted with a smile also made great suhhestions for places to visit.

Friendly staff (Edwin and Maria) and clean rooms. Would definitely recommend.

We were greeted by Edwin who was really friendly. The rooms were big and super clean, a big thank you to Maria! Good location with a nice food court close by.
