Beautiful location with the lagoon at the back, two swimming pools and spacious rooms.

There was a wedding so we could not use the main pool during our stay

Fairly secluded which is nice though I'd advise to hire a car or some mode of transport if you're thinking of staying here as you will need it to get around if you're thinking of leaving the hotel. WiFi was strong, staff was friendly, room was huge, food was good and reasonably priced.

Now this is being picky.. but I'd have preferred a little more variety to the breakfast buffet. Though there was a lot and it changed daily, I'd have expected more fruit but that's just a personal preference. Apart from that, I really don't have anything bad to say about my stay.

A really lovely hotel with comfortable rooms, good food and lovely friendly staff. Loved it.

I loved this hotel. I arrived early, before check-in time. No problems, I had something to eat and drink wjhile waiting for my room. I had been travelling all night and so hungry and tired. it wasn't long before my room was ready so appreciated the early check-in. The staff in the restaurant were exceptionally nice and friendly. I had amongst the best food here while staying in Sri Lanka - both ordering from the menu and then later in the evening from the buffet when my friends arrived. The vegetarian curries, dhals and breads are delicious. My room and bathroom were comfortable, clean and spacious.

Great place to start off your Sri Lankan adventure :)

Very well kept. Aesthetically pleasing. Great and super helpful staff. Peaceful area. Great for couples. Amazing views. Super comfortable rooms with all utilities included.

Knife disappeared after first cleaning. Buffet much more expensive than ordering directly from the menu. Menu way tastier than buffet.

Great location for a Late night flight

The location is both scenic and close to the airport. Perfect for a late-night flight. With the beach in front and the lagoon behind, it is a peaceful, beautiful stay. The restaurant is huge with a decent a la carte menu. There a quite a few picturesque spots around the property. Located 30-40 mins from the city.

The property is old. The rooms are huge, but the roof leaks because of the AC. The bathrooms had a foul smell, but the staff were very helpful and cleaned everything, which made it better. Its difficult to get a ride back to the property as it is located in a secluded area, and tuk tuk and cab drivers either refused or charged too much. There are no shops nearby.
