1. Room - Spacious, enough to accommodate our small family (2 adults + 1 child). 2. Location - Quite far from Vienna Central Station; however, the hotel is located in front of the tram stop and underground train. It is only one tram station away from Vienna West train station. 3. A supermarket is conveniently located at the corner of the hotel building, making it easy to grab extra food for snacking.

During the second day of our stay, our complimentary coffee was not replenished, which we find unreasonable. Additionally, there is a mineral bottle in the room with a price listed, but it's unclear whether payment is required.

- Overall nice and comfortable hotel - Convenient sauna/wellness centre with unlimited access for those with deluxe rooms - Rich, tasty breakfast

- The "minibar" advertised is just an empty fridge - Not enough space in the breakfast area. You need to hunt for a seat and cannot eat in peace. This was solved on the second morning by staff peope who found places in adjacent areas. - Quite pricey for what is offered

Great location near the museums we wanted to visit and public transportation, a spacious, clean room; superb breakfast, great parking.
