Nice big rooms, and very cool view from top floor suites.

We booked a suite , in description was said Its separate bedroom. But it was one big room. We needed separate livingroom. And this room was cold, reception offered extra radiator. Finally they changed room to another suite and It was like we first booked. Not a good communication.

Good location, poor personnel, poorly lit room, not up-to-expectations

Location is good. View from highest floor is nice.

Personnel is very non-communicative. We booked a room with kitchenette, but got none. Great if you counted on preparing breakfast, dinner .. The room are poorly lit (very dark, no lamps).

Nice place, but too warm rooms.

Good location near tram and underground. Walking distance for example to Museum Island, Brandenburger Tor and Alexanderplatz. Very clean rooms. Quiet neighbourhood. No warm dishes, but we liked the breakfast.

Rooms were VERY warm. It was hard to sleep. Most of the rooms have shower and sink in the room, no separate bathroom. Only toilet was separate. It was a bit weird. Rooms had no ceiling lamps, so it was a bit dark.

Superb

The location is excellent for exploring Berlin on foot or using public transport. The rooms are stylish and those facing the street have a huge floor-to-ceiling window, making the room feel larger. The breakfast had good-quality products.

You can hear the trams from the rooms facing the street, but the hotel itself is very quiet thanks to good soundproofing.

Everything was lovely and overall a good experience.

There was quite a lot of noise as i had a room on the street side not the garden. I wish i would have been informed of that when i checked in.

Great Stay and Location!

Great location, we were able to walk everywhere within about 20-25 minutes and take in all the beautiful scenery and architecture. But there was also public transport directly outside. The facilities and amenities were perfect, clean and comfortable. Despite it being -6 outside, our room was always warm and we were able to adjust the temperature to our needs. We were originally concerned regarding the bathroom however, the toilet is completely separate and it is only the bath/shower and sink that are separated by a thin sheen curtain. Bonus - the bath was big and spacious, just what I needed after a long day of exploring!

Good location. Clean spacious rooms. Mediocre breakfast. Unwelcoming staff.

The property is in a good location. Within walking distance to alexanderplatz - 20mins. But public transport very accessible and close by. Close to supermarket and restaurants/bars also. The room was spacious and comfortable. We are a couple so the bathroom layout didnt bother us.

You are on a main road so Trams, Cars and Sirens are noisy late into the night. No milk in the room with the coffee facilities. Breakfast is definitely not worth the money. And does not cater for those of us from the uk. Cold meats, cheese bread, some cereal and salad. For me, a croissant and a cup of coffee and a glass of orange juice is not worth 15 a day. Even toast would have an improvement. Staff are not as friendly as most I have encountered. Not a hello or goodbye as you enter or leave. They did not answer the reception phone when I called to request extra pillows. And when I went to reception. Twice. To request them I was not given too warm a welcome. And the second time the staff member didnt speak a word of English.
