Breakfast was excellent - good varied options. Location OK. Nice to be able to come & go as we pleased.

Quiet, comfortable and pleasant stay

Exceptional

We had a wonderful weekend in Swanage, our accodomodation was excellent.

Beautiful B&B in walking distance to the beach, shops, pubs and eateries. Everything was perfect for our stay and the owners were very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast, our room was tastefully decorated and immaculate.

We enjoyed our stay and also the fact that Swanage had a Folk Festival which helped our stay.

Location was good despite the proerty situated on the corner of a very busy road.

The fact that a cooked breakfast was not served. We are so used to staying at a B&B where a cooked breakfast is served and a good menu with a good choice of breakfast dishes.

The property was immaculate. The bed was very comfy. A very relaxing atmosphere. Hostess, Friendly and informative. Convenient position to the Town.

Room smaller than pictured, but adequate. Good variety of food at breakfast. Perhaps needed the addition of a high fivre cereal eg Weerabix.

The room and overall facilities were very good and clean.

The continental breakfast would not have been my choice. I like a cooked one when I go away. However it was pleasant and maybe slightly short on choice ie more fish and choice of bread but we were adequately satisfied .

Superb

Comfortable and spotless with comfortable bed, brilliant shower and delicious breakfast.

Arbour House was just a five minute walk to the beach. The house was extremely clean and welcoming. The continental breakfast was excellent with a delicious variety of fruit, pastries and savouries.

Small sink in the en-suite. Many channels on the TV in our bedroom couldnt be watched as the screen pixelated.
