Disappointing

Very disappointed to be honest coming from overseas

Bed was comfortable

2&1/2 late check in,no offer of compensation, had to request this in the way of a bottle of wine which was in realty a cheap one. Had tried to arrange early check in via email no reply, waiting in foyer for room in which we had to wait in line 3 times to see if our rooms were ready- very unprofessional especially as this hotel sits under the Rydges banner. Only 1 lift working, pool permanently closed Would rate this hotel no higher than 3 stars at best.

Good location but average maintenance.

Location and size of rooms.

Dated rooms in need of refurbishing. Handles on windows old and hard to operate. The keys did not work and had to be taken to reception everyday! No ward robe in a large family room for clothes Did not provide enough glasses - 3 glasses and one wine glass for a family of 4, and no bowls to make own cereal etc. staff did not get message to clean room when we had forgotten to put the notice on door but phoned to request. To top it all, charged over 300$ a day.

Overall was okay but as there was no microwave in room was hard for me to warm up milk for my baby

Disappointing

Average just. Good bed but not much more for the 300 charged

There was a used tooth floss tool inside front door. Still there next day when we left.

Very good

Hotel location was good, near to everything. Hotel had lot of parking. Our room was big and the view from balcony was great.

Although room was big and had almost every thing (tv, ac, fridge etc) some of the things were bit outdated. Like bedside lights had no covers, chairs seats were bit worn, overall room was missing that flashy look.

The room was big The foyer was nice The beads were comfortable

The rooms were very tired and bleak The rooms were clean but appeared old and worn out in the bathroom and kitchen area with rust and scale in both areas

Superb

Excellent hotel for families!

The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with amazingly cozy beds, and overall cleanliness was impressive. The buffet breakfast was also enjoyable. The location is great, making the hotel perfect for families.

he shower requires maintenance due to mold in the joints, which was disappointing. Hopefully, management can address this issue. Additionally, I didn't appreciate the 10 am check-out time and the room card being disabled at 9:40 am. Though the staff assisted us in reopening the room, it wasn't a pleasant experience.
