Good value for money

Good value for money. Good was good with decent variety, especially for lunch and dinner.

The property needs to be better maintained. Quality of the breakfast was not the same as the rest of the meals.

Really enjoyed our stay

Food was very good quality, lots of choice. Staff very helpful and the hotel was very clean. The Christmas Eve dinner was excellent, entertainment was good.

Only criticism was poor communication about the details of the Christmas dinner, start time, tickets etc. But food was great!

The staff very hospitable people. They took care of us from the first day till the day we left. The cross over to the new year was just wow! I cant fault this hotel. Thank you!

I wish the spa was included in the all inclusive.

Very good

Lovely resort for families and great food, but

-The property is of decent size, so it is easy to go from one corner to the other. -The pools and surroundings are kept clean, plenty of sun beds available, different type of slides and size of swimming pools to cater for each age group. -The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. -The entertainers are 10/10, lively and engaging. I had fun playing games, doing Zumba and kids disco with them. - Variety of food is great and tastes good. I tried all three restaurants (Millennium, The Tagine and Al Fredo). Cock/mock tails are of decent variety and so are the drinks in general. - My partner and I tried Moroccan Hammam at the Spa and liked it. Indoor heated pool is quite nice to relax. - Free shuttle to the city, although it was all booked so didnt use it.

- Food labelling: This the biggest area of improvement. At most of the counters, the food labelling were either missing (e.g. in Salad assortment) or didnt say if it was vegetarian or non-vegetarian. For people having allergies, there is none mentioned on the food counters, so youll either have to do guess work or ask the people around who may not be English speaker (thus posing a challenge). I did fed back on this to the restaurant manager. - environmental sustainability: It will be of a great benefit to the hotel, and the environment in general, to only replace the bedding and towels on request (not everyday) - Indoor pool: it will be helpful to have showers with hot water and shower gel in the indoor pool area. We had to go to the rooms to get ready after using the indoor pool. The bar at the indoor pool is almost non-functional. - Outdoor heated pool: as the water was quite cold in The outside pools, I didnt dare to take a dip. It will benefit to have an outdoor heated pool for winter months.

1. The food was disappointing 2. Being disturbed by Irish Gypsy families whose children distressed with knocking on our door at all hours. 3. Poor response to calls requests from reception - it took 3 days to get bathrobes.

Very comfortable stay with beautiful views, would recommend!

We liked the large clean rooms, the beautiful views, the food and drink was good. The slides and outdoor pools were excellent although too cold to swim in December!. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Person organising trips and experiences was very knowledgeable. Overall the hotel was good value for money.

We did not like the indoor pools, they were located in a very dark and dingy basement. Limited space on the shuttle bus for such a large hotel The hotel gym is underwhelming and needs a renovation

Superb

Amazing!! Full value for money and everything for everyone in the family!!!

Whole set-up, the rooms, stay and the ambience. Kids liked the activities and the night events.

It would have been good to have more options in vegetarian in the food spread. We had to ask again and again for the vegetarian food. The ATM didnt work for most of the time and it was a bit inconvenient to keep looking for cash machines on the road.
