Amazing apartment with mountain views

Fantastic apartment, corner unit, 2nd floor, comfortable beds, amazing views from the balcony! Basic, but adequate kitchen. Excellent location, close to grocery stores, restaurants, train stations, & steps from the First gondola station. Can't wait to come back!

Great location, fantastic views, comfortable beds

Very noisy being above a restaurant, loud scraping of furniture, banging and clanking every night between 9.30pm and 11pm made it difficult to sleep. Quite hot inside the apartment.

Superb

Excellent location!

The apartment is in an excellent location. You can easily walk from the train station with your luggage (if you want to get some additional exercise) or you can take the local bus (I recommend the bus...which I didn't do). The view of the mountains is wonderful and the balcony has a table and chairs, so you can eat while watching the world go by. There are two small grocery stores within walking distance and the First Cable Car is only a few meters from the front door.

The beds weren't terribly comfortable, but I'd sleep on them again, if that meant I could be back in Switzerland. :)

Superb

The location is very good. It is right downtown of Grindelwald and it makes easy to get something and go somewhere by bus or train. We were very satisfied with this appartment for staying in Grindelwald. Good value for money.

Kitchen was really old style and the fridge was not cold enough for keeping food.
