Very poor

Terrible stay, was told by management the hotel doesn't meet Marriott standards

The scenery

The hotel was run down, I was told by the manager I would be refunded for my night because of the hotel's deplorable conditions but no one was ever available when I called the hotel. Stained bed sheets, no ice machines, dirty rooms, charging $40 to self park your car in a lot the size of a stadium. Honestly an awful stay and not worth the luxury price.

There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. A deal breaker for the future. Our room didn't get cleaned every day. One missed day = no toilet paper.

Exceptional

Thank you for the exceptional stay and atmosphere.

From the Valet greeting us to the friendliness of the staff. Our room exceeded our expectations. From the size of the room and the view from our window to the dcor, it was exceptional. The buffet for Saturday's breakfast was also very good and staff was friendly.

We couldn't stay an extra night. There was no availability.

breakfast buffet was good. close to the event that I had to attend. Convient to the highway for my arrival and departure.

Minor but I think the carpeting in the hallways (on the 4th floor anyway) could have been a little cleaner. (for the times I used the 4th floor hallway) there was items that could have been removed by vacuuming.

It is good place to stay, IF there is no event

1- The room was clean and spacious 2- The staff were friendly and willing to help. 3- The food quality was acceptable. 4- The atmosphere was nice and the view was beautiful

1- Our bathroom door's lock was broken, and the bathtub was old. 2- There was a wedding happening the night we stayed there. People were SUPER loud at 1 a.m. My child couldn't sleep well, and no one asked them to understand other people were there too. 3- In the morning, the elevators were full and we waited 15 minutes to go down for breakfast. 4- The facility doesn't have a pool
