Very nice, clean with friendly staff and nice food.

The cleanliness of the rooms, the helpful staff, the small fridge in the room, the bed was comfortable, the en suite bathroom was well equipped. Nice location, though it is up on the slope of a hill. The varierty of the dinner I liked very much, though it is mostly focused on visitord from the British Isles.

While I was staying there I bet all the children in the world younger than 6 were there in the hotel. It is a family oriented hotel, peace and quiet was hard to find during meals and especially in the evening due to the shows put on for the youngsters. If your main goal is to stay in an enjoy the services of a hotel, but you do not have children, this might not be the most convenient place to stay for you.

Very good

Perfect for what I wanted relaxation, beach location and entertainment for the children.

Fantastic kids club during the day and the mini disco was great on an evening. Facilities were great. Plenty of space (use of 3 pools) you could go between them to keep the children entertained. Food was amazing, there were options for everyone and it tasted great too.

The hotel is set up well. The location is brilliant, it is up a hill from one if the beaches in Palma, after a day of the beach and ice creams it is a good way to work out and get the heart racing. The hotel Is clean, the staff were lovely and if it was summer the pools would have been fine, but we went in October and they are not heated which left one of my children very cold after 15 mins and with blue lips. This is a reflection on her though not the hotel itself, that happens wherever we go. All in all we had a lovely time and would go back.

Not so keen on the food at breakfast time. The fruit selection wasn't great, fresh fruit was limited, no bananas which was surprising and the rest was mostly tinned. But there was plenty of food available, just personal preference would see me pick something else. The food wasn't our favourite but lots of families seemed very happy with it and I wouldn't let that out you off as you can always take a 15min stroll to Aldi to get bwqch snacks and fruit for the day... which is what we ended up doing.

Good location. Professional staffs. Every thing worked well from the beginning. Good food and many options. Very close to the beach. Good animation every night.
