Good

Staff were hard working. The location was close to everything we wanted to go to see.

Bathrooms were both dirty when we arrived. Rooms need attending to, they are in desperate need of painting.

It was okay but I would not return

The food was plenty but ite resuarant was always extremely crowded

Extremely popular place, so it is very crowded. On the main highway, so it is very noisy. It took a very very long time to check-in.

A Resort Like Stay super close to Marbella with all the Andalucian GOOD VIBES!

A great stay all around. SUPER comfortable beds and very friendly staff. We will be back with the kids SOON. Thank You AluaSun Marbella =)

Quite specious. Pools okay.

Maybe need tables by the pools hold drinks etc. Sort lights on corridors. The cracks in the tiles. The shower heads.

The beds are comfy and the staff are nice.

The food is average, I thought it was overpriced. Does not feel like a 4* its more like a 3*. U have to pay a deposit for cups and towels, has to be in cash. There is no information pack in the room telling you what there is to do and how the facilities work. I.e entertainment. Guests were asking other guests how things work. The pool is freezing. Went end of September. No kettle in the room.

Decent but mainly for families

Breakfast was fine. The hotel caters for families around the pool - we were there for a wedding so we didn't really use the pool area apart from one night but it looked packed when we walked through that area during the day. The pool bar was open but there was no other bar to get away from the noise.

Should have another bar not just the pool bar which was playing non stop Euro pop

Overall it was pleasant and ok for an overnight stay but not longer than that.

The Slides at the pool was great fun, and the receptionist was very friendly, the rooms where spacious, beds comfortable.

The place was a little outdated requires an update, the pool was dirty and the floor area, the bar at the pool looked old and lacking snacks, the food during lunch , dinner and breakfast was not great for 4* hotel, very little choice especially at breakfast for cereals. I had to queue 3 times to get juice which i was unsuccessful at as there was non left.
