Average for a return trip but sadly wont be a third.

Its clean, great amount of sun loungers and location is great. Nice pools and spa was lovely. Bar and restaurant teams were lovely!

The receptionist on two occasions was pretty rude to us when we had 2 fairly simple things to ask/clarify. Not all receptionists I must add just the one which put us off coming back a third time unfortunately but its a nice enough place otherwise.

The room (a part for the bathroom that has no window nor a properly working air recycling system), the rich buffet with many options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Close to the centre

Wonderful holiday at a beautiful resort!

Excellent room, food, pool and entertainment/facilities. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very clean and well maintained.

Shower in room very weak. Sink plug not working.

Too many mosquitos and facility opening hours very limited.

Friday night magician show was really well done. The staff is generally very friendly.

Unsurprisingly this all inclusive hotel attracts the type of tourists that make you wonder why you have to pay extra for sports baggage on the holiday flight. This is obviously not the hotel's fault. What the hotel could do better: - Treat rooms and hotel grounds against mosquitos. Our room was really infested even when keeping the doors closed all day long. - The opening hours of the facilities are worse than a public administration. Gym does not open until 9am and is closed on Sundays. The pool is only usable from 10am to 5pm.

Accomodation was good Location was good Staff were good

Not enough choice for evening meal in Adults only restaurant not up to 4star standard. A better more comfortable bar area other than the main Plaza area which was too bright and uncomfortable at night. Better quality entertainment at night time , Karaoke shouldn't be the entertainment for a 4 star Hotel
