The location, the cleanliness, the decor.

Your nighttime staff member Santi was an absolutely Joy. He was so welcoming, warm and helpful. Natalie was extremely rude. We tried to book a treatment and she continued to ask us to wait saying it would only be 5 minutes - which continued from 3+ hours. I asked her for help with leaving a key at reception or getting it to my wife- I wanted to go for a walk and my wife was having a massage upstairs. Her massage ended at the time that Natalie finished her shift and Natalie literally threw the key back across the counter towards me saying she was gone home then and never offered any other help. On the day of check out we had filled our lovely Avanti canvas bag with our stuff. We didnt realise it wasnt for keeping. Natalie made us empty this bag in the lobby in front of guests and gave us an oversized refuse rubbish bag to empty our contents into. It is a sad reality that I would not return to this wonderful hotel because of a front of house staff member and her attitude.

Lovely boutique hotel

Rooms were spotless, and despite being in a busy area, very quiet. The staff at the front desk, Santi and Natalie, were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. All in all, a wonderful stay.

Brilliant few days, in wonderful hotel

Fabulous hotel, really quirky which we loved. Staff amazing and breakfast super! Great location, great rooms, very comfortable bed. Great roof terrace with sun beds and jacuzzi
