Overall it was nice, unique, and cozy!

My husband stayed here for a night after a concert. It was a cool looking place, clean, and nice! The breakfast and coffee was also delicious and they had a variety of options.

The only issue we had was with the shuttle. We got to the hotel parking deck around 11:00PM but were told the shuttle from the parking deck to the hotel ran 24/7. We ended up waiting for 50 minutes for the shuttle. The walk was by a subway station and not easy to maneuver in the dark, which is why we waited. We called twice and were told the shuttle would arrive in 10-15 minutes each time. This situation is the only reason Im giving 8/10 instead of 10/10.

Disappointing

Decor was nice and staff was extremely nice! Location is great!

Dirty room and shower, sheets were not changed, towels smell like bleach and extremely noisy (I could not sleep because of the loud foot steps coming from above)

The property was really clean

The parking was the worst Ive ever experienced staying in a hotel. There was no valet, no parking lot, no garage. You pretty much have to find somewhere to park on a meter or a garage that was a few blocks over.

Superb

Literally could not be easier to/from the airport, as long as the Metro is running: flat $2.50 each way. Take that, Uber. Lovely comfy courtyard and lobby; several great places to eat in easy walking distance (Retreat Gastropub, Vicia/Tacos Morita, The Foundry).

My only complaint is that when I arrived late due to a late flight, they had given away my room to someone else, and had to bus me to another hotel further away.
