Great location

Location, it was updated, clean and friendly staff

Lack of parking, there is no parking, unless you use the hotel valet, park in a private garage or on the street. Room view was not what I booked, I booked city view and my room view was a parking garage.

Great-Central location for a great price

Great staff with lots of suggestions of things to do.

My only complaint is the parking I do feel it should be included in the stay. We also had a neighbor who cried all night long which did wake me but gave us time to explore the amenities.

Location was excellent, new hotel

Room cleaning, was very poor. None of the tea coffee was replaced, roomed looked like I left it. They were looking for an excuse not to clean. Breakfast service was poor. He was in another world.

Nice look when walked in. Friendly efficient woman checking me in, but rooms smell.

smell in the rooms, cleaning products bad smell that lingers. Front desk nice, helpful. Other staff not very professional, some rude. Asked for blanket b/c cold/winter, and never got the extra blanket

It served the purpose but for close to $400 a night I thought it would be a bit more upscale.

The property is in the heart of the central west end with access to lots of restaurants, Forest Park, shopping and more. Everything is new and its a beautiful hotel.

When I arrived, the valet area was poorly marked and no one was there to help me, but instead told me where not to park. I had to drive around the block 2 times before I could even figure out where to pull in. Walls are thin! I could hear the vibrations of a cellphone on the nightstand in the room next door a I was trying to sleep.
