Awful experience, landed at Hotel to be told my booking was cancelled, and that the hotel had over booked 10 rooms.

Recommended for an overnight stay before your next flight.

Very spacious and clean room. Every member of the personnel was extremely helpful and polite (seriously over the top). Also, very close to the airport, and very easy to find an uber to go there, it took us only 3 mins (at times during our trip finding an Uber was impossible). We didn't try the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. Overall, I recommend it for an overnight stay before flying!

Some minor things: - The bathroom sink was in a rather open space, separated from the shower and the toilet, which I find less convenient than everything being in the same separate space. Also, there was no liquid hand soap, only a hand soap bar. - The body wash was running out. Of course we could ask the reception to replenish it, but that's not really convenient when one is already in the shower. I would expect the cleaning staff in a 5 star hotel to check this sort of things beforehand.

Nice room, nice food, helpful staff.

I just would have expected a free shuttle to the airport to be available, considering that it is an airport hotel. In general didn't think the hotel was a great value for money, probably because we were provided that service in other countries in similarly priced hotels.
