helpful friendly staff. clean. Best Value for money to my needs

Staffs are very helpful. I stayed to participate a Tennis tournament. I have a walking difficulty. The staff helped me a lot.

no See view and not much any close walk in restaurants or shopping. But they provided transport.

Very lovely and kind hosts. Thank You! The area of the hotel is beautiful :D

It was slightly confusing to find the hotel because google maps shows place 2-3 min walking away from the hotel on the same street. The fan in the room would be very helpful because it gets very hot in the night.

Nice stay with a family, very clean and good location off the main tourist sites!

nice house with 4 comfortable rooms, very clean, rooftop with views and nice location off the main hotels hosts were very kind and helpful - its like staying with a family!

kitchen is a bit small and lacks equipment for the amount of people staying there. some people might want to know beforehand that there is a dog living there, but we didnt mind because we like dogs!

The room is big and with double bed. The room was very clean and the bathroom as well. Carlas mum is very nice and helpful lady.

Not sure where to start. Location- very difficult to find, you will need a car. The place is far from beaches or restaurants. Carla isnt very helpful, mum dont speak English. Also my room was just next to the kitchen, and small table with two chairs in front of the room. So its noisy as they talk till 11pm and if you want to go to bed early thats not possible. Also as I couldnt find the property for may be 2 hours Carla got angry. Also my room wasnt ready when i finally found the property at 15:20. So I had to wait for a little while. Also as the room didnt have key ( I asked for it),they decided to put a new handle with a key at 7:30 pm when I was already with pyjamas as I was wake from 3am and traveled from UK. When I ask Carla to do the door next day she started to shout at me thats I am suppose to be out as I am on holiday. Also the room is noisy from the cars as the window is facing the road. You will need an earplugs and eye mask as well as part of the door is with glass and the lamp from corridor is on and off so it will disturb your sleep unless you are a good sleeper:) One word- I booked 3 nights but stayed only two.

Great location especially if you have a car or want to travel by bus the busses easy going

Liked the owners carla and juana . Verry nice people .. the location was a little boring but easy to go with a bus to other places .. there is a nice cheap restaurant donde jonah and a minimarket . Don't expect a lot of activities in the village it self but as I said the bus stop was 5 min walk ..

Sometimes I was bored but that's my own fault because I didn't want to go anywhere alone

Superb

The hosts who also lived in the apartment were very polite and friendly. It felt like being a part of their family wich was a nice experience. The room was large and had all I need for my stay. In the morning I got served a coffee :) I would definitely come back. It's perfect for people that travel alone and like a place that's not in the middle of the tourist area. Also the roof terrace was really nice. It's huge, has a nice view and a lot of sun.

The location is a bit far off. So I recommend having a car during the stay. Though the positive thing about that fact is that you will not see many other tourists. With the car you can reach all spots in within 10-20 minutes: Beaches, Shopping, Los Cristianos, Adeje, ... For remote workers the internet could be a bit slow (5 Mbps down / 4 Mbps up) But it depends on the work you have to do. For normal tasks or private stuff the internet is totally okay.
