Home away from home

This hotel has been our home away from home in Tel Aviv for years now, we simply love it! Rooms are spacious, each with a unique design, offer comfort, a beautiful and large bathroom, and we enjoy the balcony with a great view on the city. The location couldn't be better: right a few meters from Rothschild Boulevard or a few minutes on foot from Neve Tzedek; also a short ride from the airport. You have plenty of restaurants nearby, a public parking (for a fee) on the same street, you can walk in the White City... The staff is amazing and extremely welcoming. Security is a priority: there's a safe space on each floor and the access to the main door from outside is controlled. Also, while this doesn't affect the quality of your stay (you don't even notice), I would like to mention that this hotel is supporting and hosting some citizens that were affected by the current situation in the country, so... it's not just a profit organization, you are supporting a beautiful hotel with a special atmosphere, that also really cares about people, and you'll feel the same care for their guests. Fabulous themed rooms and very central location.

We were very excited to stay here, but it wasnt the best check in experience. But after having contact with the beautiful staff member named Johana, she turned it all around for us. She was exceptional! Its all because of her that we loved staying here. Also a very special mention to Eugene who was on the night shift. Very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed staying here and cant wait to come back. Loved the different themed rooms.

After the unwelcoming arrival at check in, then finding the room had glass throughout the bathroom and room, our first time in Tel Aviv didnt go to plan. But everything was sorted the following day.

Would recommend

Location was perfect. Loved the character of the building- old style and art deco eclectic. The rooftop bar was really nice. The staff were lovely and helpful.

The room could be a bit more clean and updated.

Near the jafa beach area

Too dark color of the ambiance and colors of the walls and hallways, no hair dryer,water heater for warm water was not available,old carpets and couch, need to pay for security deposit which is unlikely. The hotel ambiance is creepy due to dark walls and poor lighting

Disappointing

The staff was very nice, location was great. The room, the bathroom and toilet were pretty dirty... we were there for a night only and a private event so we dealed with it ... i don't mind that the facility could be a little run down but cleanliness is the most basic and essential service that a hotel has to provide. Not acceptable...
